Sean A. Quigley, LUTCF, is a financial speaker and the author of the book The Cash Play: Capitalizing on the Opportunity Value of Cash (Acanthus Publishing 2015). Sean was a successful entrepreneur for 18 years before he moved into the financial services industry. He was named Rookie of the Year with his first national company. He earned membership in the Million Dollar Round Table after being named All-American for two years and National Champion Agent. He currently serves as the Nebraska State Chairperson for MDRT. 
Sean was born in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Methods. Before he was a financial planner, he was a business owner. Living in Southern California, Sean loved spending time on the beach, and decided to make a living from from the lifestyle everyone associates with the sand, the surf and California Dreamin'. Sean became the first distributor of Banana Boat and Panama Jack sun care products on the West Coast of the U.S. He supplied all the beach shops, hotel chains, and water parks with these products, and sponsored events to promote these products, such as pro surfing and waterskiing competitions, beach volleyball, and even snowboarding competitions. 
In 2003, Sean sold his business and transitioned into the financial services industry. He took it upon himself to learn from the masters and took every opportunity to visit with the most successful people in the industry. After meeting with countless advisors and discussing the current issues within the financial industry, Sean developed his own life-changing financial strategy: The Cash Play. This simple strategy, combined with Sean's experience running a successful business, offers a unique perspective when it comes to saving, investing, and cash flowing your lifestyle during your working years, as well as in your retirement years. 
Sean is the co-author of Life$cience (Infinity Publishing 2013) and Dental Wealth (Infinity Publishing 2013). He has authored articles for National Underwriter and Broker World. Sean has been quoted by US News & World Report,, and GuideVine. He is a frequent radio guest, most recently on WCBM-680 AM and Financial Safari (nationally syndicated). 
Sean currently resides in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife, Elizabeth, and his children, Chad and Megan.
